I'm a licensed Clinical Psychologist, Speaker, and Consultant. I am also the founder of Strengths and Solutions, a group private practice of over 15 Black women therapists, serving clients across four states, including Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee. My mission is to spread the word on how tangible mental wellness and self-care can truly be.
